- Why contracting?
- After IT consulting I wanted a fresh challenge — entrepreneurial freedom without the risk of founding my own firm. Contracting gave me exactly that.

- One assignment became 2+ years on complex backend systems — Spring Boot, Kafka, increasingly Kotlin. I’ve since moved into a permanent role there.
